The King of the Hammers 2025 took place from January 23 to February 8 in the Johnson Valley desert in California. This annual event, known as one of the most challenging off-road competitions in the world, once again lived up to its reputation. As tradition dictates, it attracted over 80,000 spectators who packed Hammertown and the various public areas along the most famous trails of the Lakebed. The Race of Kings delivered a historic result: for the first time a UTV claimed the overall victory.

La King of the Hammers 2025 si è svolta dal 23 gennaio all'8 febbraio nel deserto della Johnson Valley in California. Questo evento annuale, noto per essere una delle competizioni offroad più impegnative al mondo, ha confermato la sua reputazione e come tradizione ha attirato oltre 80.000 spettatori che hanno affollato Hammertown ed i vari settori dedicati al pubblico lungo più famosi trails del Lakebed. La Race of Kings, ha visto un risultato storico: per la prima volta ha vinto un UTV.

The Nitto Race of Kings proved to be an action-packed race of broken parts, crushed dreams, last-minute leader changes and absolute triumph for a select few. From a field of 116 competitors at the tough one-day race that traversed the desert sections and notoriously difficult rock trails of Johnson Valley, JP Gomez fought his way from the back of the pack to take the win after a dramatic day of racing at the grand finale.

Nata nel 2007 come una sfida tra 12 amici per vincere una cassa di birra, oggi la King of the Hammers é diventata non solo la gara offroad di un giorno più dura al mondo ma anche, grazie ai quasi mille iscritti, l'evento offroad più grande al mondo. Dalle moto ai performanti Ultra4 passando per i veloci Desert Truck, la King of the Hammers é un evento difficile da spiegare se almeno una volta nella tua vita non sei stato nel Lakebed. Raul Gomez conquista la sua seconda corona consecutiva.

Born in 2007 as a challenge between 12 friends to win a case of beer, today the King of the Hammers has become not only the toughest one-day offroad race in the world but also, thanks to almost a thousand entrants, the largest offroad event big in the world. King of the Hammers is a difficult event to explain if you haven't been to the Lakebed at least once in your life. Raul Gomez captures his 2nd consecutive crown at the Nitto Race of Kings.
