On November 30th and December 1st, the Offroad Expo was held at Malpensa Fiere, organized by Moto Club SS33 Sempione and Insubria 4x4. Adventure enthusiasts on two and four wheels gathered in Busto Arsizio (VA) for an event that exceeded all expectations. The weekend at Malpensa Fiere became the focal point for lovers of off-road driving, enduro, and van life. The event spanned 15,000 square meters of exhibition area and 18,000 square meters of outdoor space, dedicated to spectacular shows, 4x4 and motorcycle test drives, and many other activities.

A simple and effective name with international appeal: Offroad Expo perfectly captures the essence of an event that not only reflects its nature but establishes itself as a reference point for all adventure enthusiasts. Designed to attract a diverse audience, the event's strategic location near Milan and Malpensa Airport makes it easily accessible for both Italian and international visitors, enhancing its appeal and reach.

What made Offroad Expo truly unique was the idea of merging three seemingly distinct worlds—4x4 off-road vehicles, ADV motorcycles, and van life. While different, these three categories are connected by a shared passion for adventure, exploration, and living unique experiences in natural settings. The event thus became the ideal occasion for those seeking thrills, new discoveries, and a community of like-minded individuals.

With such promising premises and a rich and varied program, I couldn’t miss the opportunity to personally experience Offroad Expo and witness firsthand the potential of an event that, with these foundations, promises to grow and establish itself as one of the most eagerly awaited events for motor enthusiasts and adventurers alike.

"Offroad Expo genuinely and pleasantly surprised me! From the first meeting with Davide and Raffaele, I felt welcomed and involved, like being at home. Malpensa Fiere proved to be a strategically perfect location for such an event: well-organized exhibition spaces, outdoor areas adjacent to the pavilions ideal for off-road activities, and a convenient, easily accessible position with ample parking just a short walk from the fairgrounds.

The exhibitors showcased high-quality products, accessories, and customizations, while the shows on the off-road tracks were incredibly engaging. Everyone had the chance to ride in action-packed 4x4 vehicles or even test their own vehicles on the tracks.

The idea of combining the three worlds of 4x4s, ADV motorcycles, and van life turned out to be an absolute winner. However, what struck me the most was the unique atmosphere, filled with passion and a genuine desire to share experiences.

I am certain that Offroad Expo has a bright future ahead and will grow quickly, establishing itself as a key reference point not just in Italy."

Sponsored by the Municipality of Busto Arsizio, Offroad Expo was an unmissable event for adventure and motor enthusiasts. It spanned two pavilions and vast outdoor spaces with multiple objectives. The event featured over 100 exhibitors, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the most prestigious brands in the industry and discover the latest innovations in off-road, enduro motorcycles, and van and camper solutions. It was a unique occasion to explore innovative products, cutting-edge accessories, and state-of-the-art technologies, as well as meet industry experts eager to share valuable advice for optimizing outdoor experiences and deepening a passion for adventure on two and four wheels. Pavilion 2 was dedicated to enduro motorcycles, while Pavilion 1 showcased the latest in off-road vehicles and van life.

The outdoor spaces added a dynamic dimension to the event. They featured tracks and zones where attendees could test both 4x4 vehicles and motorcycles in action-packed sessions. A special area was dedicated to spectacular shows with motorcycles and off-road vehicles, providing thrilling performances that captivated the audience.

The true highlight? The test drives. Visitors could not only observe the vehicles on display but also experience their performance on the track. Whether in a 4x4 vehicle or on an enduro motorcycle, the adrenaline rush was guaranteed.

One of the most fascinating aspects of Offroad Expo, which particularly impressed me, was the Saturday evening opening until midnight. This highly successful choice turned the fair into an even more special event, creating a unique and engaging atmosphere.

The opportunity to extend the day offered both visitors and exhibitors a valuable chance to share moments of camaraderie, exchange, and dialogue, all united by a passion for off-roading and the outdoors. Stories of adventures, experiences, and projects intertwined in a friendly and relaxed environment, made even more enjoyable by excellent food and entertainment that kept everyone entertained.

The initiative showed how important it is not only to showcase products or technologies but also to create opportunities for human connection, making the fair experience unforgettable for all participants.

Offroad Expo also had an important charitable purpose, adding even deeper meaning to the event. The proceeds from the event were donated to three organizations that play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families facing daily challenges. These causes are particularly close to the two motor groups involved, who wanted to use their passion for motors to make a positive impact.

The first beneficiary is SuperO, an organization dedicated to providing financial support to families with children suffering from limb deformities. Thanks to the funds raised, SuperO can assist with medical and daily expenses, helping to improve the quality of life for young patients and their families.

The second recipient is the Maria Letizia Verga Committee, an association that offers support to children and young people suffering from hematological and oncological diseases as well as complex conditions. The committee ensures they receive high-quality specialist care and psychological support during their long treatments.

Finally, part of the funds went to Heal, an association dedicated to promoting scientific research to fight childhood cancers and complex diseases. Heal works tirelessly to improve existing therapies and discover new solutions, offering hope to families facing difficult situations.

In this way, the event became not only an opportunity for fun but also a significant act of solidarity, demonstrating that the passion for off-roading and outdoor life can be a powerful tool to make a difference in the lives of those in need of support. This initiative united the world of motors with that of charity, confirming that commitment to social causes is an essential part of every great event.

Offroad Expo 2024 hosted numerous prominent brands and figures in the off-road world, including Raffaele Palumbo, better known as RaffoRacing. Raffo, a famous Italian content creator, has successfully brought the world of off-roading beyond the industry circle, engaging and captivating an ever-growing audience.

His presence at Offroad Expo as a special guest on Sunday, December 1st, was a major draw for enthusiasts and a unique opportunity to share his vision and passion for the sport. Late in the morning, RaffoRacing took center stage with an exciting interview alongside Davide Panzeri and Raffaele De Nicola, where he shared insights into his unique life and passion. In the afternoon, Raffo was active in the outdoor test area, trying out various vehicles and rewarding the winners of the contest.

Now, let’s turn to Raffaele De Nicola and Davide Panzeri, presidents of the Moto Club SS33 Sempione and Insubria 4x4, respectively, the two associations that brought Offroad Expo 2024 to life. Both have extensive experience in the sector and have managed to transform this event into a landmark for off-road enthusiasts, combining their forces and expertise to create a fair that celebrates passion, adventure, and innovation.

Raffaele De Nicola, with his commitment to Moto Club SS33 Sempione, has always supported the promotion of motorsports and outdoor activities, while Davide Panzeri, at the helm of Insubria 4x4, is an expert in off-road culture, dedicated to promoting the true spirit of off-roading through concrete and engaging initiatives.

The two presidents explain how the idea of Offroad Expo came about: "The idea of organizing a fair came about in June of this year, almost by chance, during a chat in a bar in Legnano over a coffee. The decision to unite the worlds of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles was natural, since our two clubs are dedicated to these passions. Later, thanks to great synergy, we decided to also include the vanlife community. By mid-September, we turned this intuition into a concrete project, which became more and more engaging. In just over two months, with a lot of passion and dedication, we were able to bring Offroad Expo to life."

Alongside the activities and events, the exhibitors were the heart of Offroad Expo 2024. Over 100 companies and associations brought the off-road world to life, offering visitors a truly immersive experience. The booths went beyond traditional displays, becoming spaces for dialogue, sharing experiences, and mutual inspiration.

It wasn’t just about discovering technical innovations or admiring extraordinary vehicles; it was a unique opportunity to forge authentic connections. Each interaction enriched the participants' experience, demonstrating how the passion for off-roading can unite and inspire.

Hall 2 became the go-to spot for motorcycle enthusiasts, with a particular focus on Adventure Bikes (ADV). Renowned brands and leading dealerships showcased cutting-edge models alongside historic examples that told the story of motorcycling.

Visitors had the chance to explore a wide range of motorcycles, from iconic legends to the latest releases, immersing themselves in an atmosphere that perfectly blended innovation and tradition. This experience celebrated not only industry trends but also the timeless allure of two wheels.

In the outdoor area adjacent to Hall 2, Nice Crazy Vans created a welcoming village dedicated to vanlife. This space became a meeting point for enthusiasts and travelers, offering a relaxed and convivial environment. Customized campers, the result of vanlifers’ ingenuity, captured attention with innovative solutions and unique designs.

More than just a display of vehicles, the village was a place to exchange experiences, technical advice, and ideas for new adventures. The atmosphere charmed both veterans and newcomers, making this area an unmissable stop at Offroad Expo.

Among the most anticipated and iconic events, the Jeepers Meeting celebrated the passion for the legendary American brand. Created by Bruno Tinelli, this single-brand gathering has grown to become the largest in Europe, attracting hundreds of Jeeps and thousands of enthusiasts.

During the Expo, the 2025 Jeepers Meeting was officially announced. It will take place from June 26 to 29 at the picturesque Maggiora Offroad Arena. This event is not just a gathering but a symbol of belonging and sharing for those who live the Jeep passion.

The presence of clubs and associations made a vital contribution to the event. These groups, the true pillars of the off-road community, had the opportunity to showcase their activities, share stories, and build new connections. They also played an active role in managing the outdoor tracks, offering practical demonstrations and useful insights for newcomers.

Their participation underscored the importance of values such as collaboration, respect for the environment, and the promotion of a responsible off-road culture. The fair proved to be not only a technical showcase but also a human one, uniting people with a shared passion.

Offroad Expo 2024 was not just an event but an immersive experience that reflected the passion of its organizers and participants alike. The synergy between 4x4 off-road enthusiasts, ADV motorcycle riders, and van life lovers created a unique atmosphere, making Malpensa Fiere the epicenter of the Italian off-road scene.
